Great Yarmouth Borough Council is consulting on the Schedule of Proposed Modifications to the Local Plan, along with the Habitats Regulation Assessment of the Main Modifications and the accompanying Sustainability Appraisal. As part of the statutory examination process, we are seeking formal representations from residents, organisations and stakeholders.
The council held a public consultation from 5 March to 22 April 2026. Please note that any comments provided cannot be treated as confidential, as they form part of the public examination process required under planning legislation and relevant data protection regulations. The Council will publish names and representations on its website, but personal contact details such as telephone numbers, email addresses and private home addresses will not be made public.
Personal information supplied in this form will be shared with the Council's Programme Officer (an external contractor) and the Planning Inspectorate, in line with their published privacy information and the procedural guidance on the examination of local plans. By submitting a representation, you confirm that you agree to these arrangements and accept responsibility for the comments you provide.
The representation form is divided into two parts:

- Part B - your representation(s), with a separate Part B required for each representation you wish to make
