Have Your Say on a Proposed Cumulative Impact Assessment

Great Yarmouth Borough Council is considering introducing a new Cumulative Impact Assessment (CIA) for the Town centre and surrounding area under the Licensing Act 2003. This assessment looks at whether the number or concentration of licensed premises in the area is having, or could have, a negative impact on the local community - for example, through increased noise, crime, antisocial behaviour, or public nuisance.

We want to hear your views before any decisions are made. Whether you live, work, run a business, or spend time in the town centre, your feedback is valuable in helping us understand how licensing affects the area.
