Closed: Selective Housing Consultation (16 June - 1 September 2025)

Great Yarmouth Borough Council held a consultation for their proposal for a new selective licensing scheme in Great Yarmouth for 11 weeks between 16 June and 1 September 2025. This consultation has now closed.

Feedback will be considered and reflected in the final proposals which will be submitted to the council's Cabinet in Autumn 2025 to decide if the Selective Licensing will go ahead for the proposed areas.

If it does go ahead, it will not be in place until spring 2026.
