Selective Housing Consultation (16 June - 1 September 2025)
We value your input on the council's proposals for a new selective licensing scheme in Great Yarmouth and we are therefore seeking your feedback. We will be running an extensive consultation programme for 11 weeks between 16 June and 1 September 2025.
We will be holding a series of drop-in sessions in person at the Town hall, Hall Plain, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2QF. Please feel free to come along to one of the sessions below if you have any specific questions or need assistance completing the consultation survey:

For those who can't attend we will be holding an online focus group for landlords/agents, and a separate group for private-rental tenants. To sign up for one of the focus groups, please register by emailing slicence@great-yarmouth.gov.uk.
We will also be sharing information and updates via local media, the council website and the council's social media channels.
